Scope and Contents From the Sub-Series: David Finley began teaching at Colorado College in 1963. He was Dean of the Faculty and College from 1987 to 1992, returning to the Political Science department as a full-time professor in 1993. He retired from the college in 1998 but continued teaching for many years. Finley received a Ph.
