The collection contains materials produced and/or collected by the Coburn Library. Ledgers of book purchases with funding information, Book Club records, Circulation and Accessions data are included as well as annual reports, financial statements, bound magazines, and student pay information.

Scope and Contents The record group consists of textual records such as newsletters and meeting minutes, created and/or compiled by the libraries at Colorado College. The materials generally relate to the day-to-day activities and histories of Tutt Library, Coburn Library, and the Seay Music Library.
