The Alumni records document the early activities of the Alumni Assocation. They include Class of 1900 information, planning materials for alumni events, Alumni Leadership Forum meeting minutes, National Alumni Association papers, and alumni biographical data.

The Finance record group consists of annual reports and information about the Annual Fund, Campaign for Colorado College and the Capital Campaign. It covers the relationship between the college and numerous foundations including El Pomar and the National Endowment for the Sciences. The history of finance at the college, real estate, and investment decision-making are discussed in the materials.
