The series is comprised of materials from several summer programming events at the Colorado College including the Summer Music Festival, the Summer Conservatory, the Vocal Arts Symposium, and workshops/productions from the Dance and Theater departments.

Scope and Contents

The Colorado College Music Festival of Eight Concerts (June 28-August 16th), which took place in the summer of 1950, featured solo piano recitals, community concerts, chamber music concerts, and string orchestra concerts. The 1950 summer program also included "an informal dance recital" directed by Hanya Holm.
