The file contains funding requests for a cabin retreat, Marvin Gaye tribute event, and the Black Literary Magazine. The Black Student Union's 1982 -1983 calendar, a 1988 report on the activities of the group, Black Awareness Month planning materials, and information about the campus' first acknowledgeemnt of Martin Luther King Jr. Day are also included.
