The collection contains programs, scrapbook, playbills, press releases, and clippings for various Colorado College performances presented by performing arts departments, clubs, groups, and campus organizations in addition to promotional materials for non-musical events.

Series I is a collection of programs and news clippings from various Department of Music events (1874-[ongoing]).

Series II is comprised of materials from several summer programming events at the Colorado College including the Summer Music Series, the Summer Music Festival (1984-present), the Summer Conservatory, and workshops/productions from the Dance and Theater departments.

Series III includes programs, playbills, and press releases for school year productions by the Drama and Dance departments.

Series IV contains promotional materials for lectures and other events on campus, not connected to the Department of Music.

Series V is comprised of programs and news clippings for the Colorado Opera Festival.
